2 days after the short holiday in Kuching, i went for my monthly check-up at Klinik Kesihatan Kajang. Hubby accompanied me. My sugar level is fine, hemoglobin level is normal. Same goes to my blood pressure. But, the nurse warned me! Warned on what? My weight,huhuhu. I gained 4kgs in a month. (dolok SANGAT susah mok gain weight,500gram pun susah aie!) The whooping extra kilos worrying me because normally pregnant women will gain about 2kgs each month. 2kgs only, okay! Blame those fatty foods! hihihihihi.. Org tua salu suroh makan byk2, sak baby gemok..hmmm. They should rephrase that to 'eat healthy food' instead of 'eat a lot of foodsss'. ehehehe ;) Misi/nurse ya madah...eat less carbs;eat more protein. Ya, saya consume protein sihat setiap pagi u know. Herbalife! ;D

Gaining weight
Early march, me & hubby went back to Kuching for 3days 3nights. Ya,sikijap saja. Anyhoo,managed to eat yang saya ngidam selamak diam 'oversea' tok. hekhekhek. Laksa swk kat satok, mi kolok bibik, ABC topspot seafood, abc swee kang, butter chic rice tj & butter soft crab. Whoa! fatty-foods! *guilty* (enjoy the sinful pictures below ya!) ;)
