I did say to myself that I want to start my another-4kg-to-lose program on 1st August. Which mean by taking 2 Herbalife shakes & a normal meal daily. Unfortunately, sik start-start lagikk. Procrastination. yes, procrastination. But in a way, I only take small portion of rice during lunch & dinner (like, quarter of my dinner plate,ok) Confinement period meals also helped me to lose my weight in a way they’re..erm,senang crita sik nyaman. Moreover, to eat those lauk berulang kali..tiap ari..made me muak & the result, I only ate few spoons of rice+lauk each meal.
The thing now is that, I suppose my another-4kg-to-lose program won’t start until….mid August. Hehe..because I’ll be in KL this coming Friday until mid of Aug & salah satu activity wajb is m.a.k.a.n =) Anyhoo,I’ll try my best (yes,bersungguh tok!) to start as soon as possible!
Just to share something I read from an article: The secret to some weight loss without exercise or diet changes is to drink more water! (yup,I consume gallonsssss of water…sebab saya tgh batuk.hehe)
